Gotta head to work soon… it’s gonna be a loooong day. Oh well. I haven’t done toooo too bad today, definitely an improvement from yesterday….so far. But no food during work, and maybe a smoothie with protein powder for dinner or something.
I’ve had half a sausage patty, a cup of noodles, half an almond poppy seed muffin.
aaaaarounddd 450 calories I would guess? Not awful.
But I did do some butt crunches earlier and some lunges too :] it’s an improvement.
